MAMA.codes Winter Holidays Coding Camps (ages 4-13) (and Tuesday 16 December)
9.15am-12pm. Our ever-popular Minecraft coding camp is back for the Winter Holidays with a seasonal twist… Your child will learn a series of coding superpower skills, that they can then use to unlock an Escape Room challenge. Can they even invent their own Escape Room game? Open to ages 9-13.

Carols for St Christopher’s
7pm-8.30pm. Carol Concert with the Dulwich Choral Society at St Barnabas Church, Calton Avenue SE21. Refreshments available afterwards. Free entry with a collection for St Christopher’s Hospice, Sydenham.

Dulwich Womens Institute Monthly Meeting
7.30pm-9.30pm. Launched in 2018, the Dulwich WI is a supportive and stimulating group for women of all ages and backgrounds.

Weekly Online Breathing Class
7pm-7.40pm. Weekly virtual online breathwork class Join me every Tuesday at 7pm for a 40-minute breathing and relaxation class.

Pints and Purpose Christmas drinks for women & non binary founders + freelancers
7pm-10pm. Join us for the final Pints & Purpose of the year, a festive evening of community, connection and conversation. We’re wrapping up another brilliant year of community, creativity, and women + non-binary business brilliance with a relaxed evening of drinks at Westow House, our favourite local pub.

Life Drawing & Painting
7pm-8.30pm. This is an online drawing & painting session conducted via Zoom. Long pose life painting and drawing. A single pose is held for three hours with 5-minute model breaks every 25 minutes.

Socials Runs with DPR
7.30pm-8.30pm.  Fantastic local running club. Social runs every Tuesday 7.30pm at Trevor Bailey Sports Ground on the South Circular.

Goose Green Coffee Morning 
11am-12.30pm. Do drop into Goose Green Coffee Morning, which is open every Wednesday between 11am and 12:30pm. It’s a great place to meet others from the local community and enjoy a coffee or tea and some cake! All welcome!

Zoom Portraiture @ Dulwich Art Group & School
2pm-5pm. This is now a hybrid session with 15 artists allowed into the studio and also cameras for artists attending through Zoom.

We Need a Little Christmas – One Tree Hill Choir Christmas Concert
7.30pm-9.30pm. A feast of festive songs, carols and instrumental performances from across the ages. One Tree Hill Choir’s celebrated sellout Christmas Concert. With bar and seasonal snacks from 7pm. Come early to secure best seats!

BNI Adventurers
6.30am-8.30am. Part of the award-winning multi-national networking organisation, BNI, Adventurers brings together businesses local to Dulwich to pass business and keep money in the local community.

Goose Green Lunch Club
12.30pm-2pm. The lunch club is a friendly and informal club for people over 55. We meet every Thursday during term time and enjoy a delicious main course and dessert with tea and coffee for £5.

Alleyn’s Holiday Camp (and Friday 19 December)
8am-6pm. Alleyn’s Holiday Camp is an Ofsted registered provider, where every day bursts with fun, action, and adventure. We welcome children who are between Year 1 and Year 6 from any school, not just those attending school at Alleyn’s.

Junior Art Workshop (and Friday 19 December)
9am-3pm. Unlock your child’s imagination with our fun and engaging art workshops, delivered in partnership with talented artists Dina & Tracy. Each workshop offers a fresh experience, as children explore different artists, styles, and themes through hands-on activities over the course of two days. Our workshops are all about creativity, confidence, and connection. Children will make new friends, discover new techniques, and bring home a collection of unique and varied artwork they’ll be proud to share.

Lewisham Underwater Hockey Club
7.30pm-9pm. Try out underwater hockey at Forest Hill Pools every Friday evening. We’re a mixed-ability club that play for fun and exercise. Complete beginners welcome.

Saturday 20 December

Dulwich Park parkrun
9am-10am. Free, weekly timed 5k run, jog, or walk in Dulwich Park. Every Saturday at 9am promptly starting from Queen Mary’s Gate. Register once and bring your printed barcode.

Peckham Rye Park parkrun
9am-10am. Peckham Rye parkrun is a 3-lap, anti-clockwise course, entirely on tarmac, and is mainly flat, making it a potential PB course.  The start & finish are located close to the Colyton Road park entrance.

Father Christmas & The Runaway Reindeer (and Sunday)
2pm, 3.15pm & 4.30pm. (each show approx. 40 mins). Father Christmas & The Runaway Reindeer A fun, musical theatre show for all the family! It’s Christmas Eve, and a very grumpy Father Christmas has lost one of his beloved reindeer. Before he cancels Christmas altogether, can two mischievous Elves and a little girl with a very special wish help him find his missing reindeer — and his love of Christmas again?

Brockwell Park Junior parkrun
9am-9.30am. A free 2km fun run for 4–14-year-olds every Sunday in Brockwell Park. Just register on parkrun.com to get a barcode and meet behind the lido at 8:55 for a briefing.

Peckham Rye Junior parkrun
9am-9.30am. A free, weekly, timed run for 4–14-year-olds, to get fit, stay healthy, and have fun! We run 2km every Sunday at 9am, through rain and shine.

The Weekly Horniman Market
10am-3pm. Located on the Bandstand Terrace, stalls sell seasonal fruit and vegetables, artisan bread and cheese, organic meat and delicious street food.
