Wednesday 15th April: Introduction to Tantrums Talk
1pm to 2pm. All Fired Up Ceramics Café, 34 East Dulwich Road, SE22 9AX. Tantrums can be one of the most stressful aspects of parenthood but they do not have to be. In this talk Dr Katrin Bain explains why children have tantrums and shares ways to prevent them. She also offers three alternative responses to the widely used “Time Out” method. Thursday 16th April: The Bigger Picture presents: BOYHOOD

Saturday 18th April: Peckham Rye parkrun
The parkrun is a free weekly timed 5k run, which is open to all standards of runners; it is not a race. They take place every Saturday morning at 9am near the Colyton Road entrance of Peckham Rye park and run three laps of the gardens. Free. www.parkrun.org.uk/peckhamrye

Saturday 18th April: Singing folk in the garden

Saturday 18th April: Come and Sing Verdi’s Requiem with Dulwich Choral Society

Saturday 18th April: Dulwich Opera Company present their debut production, Puccini’s La Bohème
Dulwich Opera Company are bringing opera’s greatest love story to Dulwich on Saturday 18th April. Wednesday 22nd April: Time Management for Mothers (3 week course)

Thursday 23rd April: Election for your MP – Meet the candidates for Dulwich and West Norwood
At the East Dulwich Community Centre, 46-50 Darrell Road SE22 9NL from 7 – 9 pm. Hosted by East Dulwich Community Centre Association & Barry Area Residents’ Association. Hustings have historically provided an opportunity for candidates to make their statements and to face questions from the floor. We expect a lively meeting and we will be providing refreshments.

Saturday 25th & Sunday 26th April: Crafty Fox Spring Markets
The second instalment of markets takes place on 25th and 26th April at the Dogstar (Dogstar, 389 Coldharbour Lane, Brixton, SW9 8LQ) from 11am-5pm. A further 100+ of the UK’s best and brightest designer/makers will be showcasing their talent over three floors alongside a pop up tea room, creative workshops and Crafty Fox DJ’s. Sunday 26th April: Free introductory Croquet session
