Link Age Southwark announces an exciting new partnership with Advocate Events who aim to organise the best possible events for their clients and raise maximum funds for their charity partners. The partnership aims to encourage new and current supporters of Link Age Southwark to fundraise in innovative ways all over the world.

Together with Advocate Events, Link Age Southwark has launched national and international fundraising events in 2016 and 2017. Locations include a Three Peaks Surrey Challenge in the U.K. as well as the opportunity to fundraise for personal lifetime adventure goals such as climbing mountains from Borneo to Peru and Africa. Please find more about these incredible fundraising opportunities here. The aim is to encourage individuals to meet new people, get in touch with old friends, rise to new challenges and have fun, whilst fundraising at the same time.

We are getting together a team to take part in The Surrey Three Peaks Challenge next April.

Katharine St John-Brooks, Chairman of Link Age Southwark said “We are so looking forward to working with Advocate Events. What a fantastic way to offer our supporters the chance to get involved in some terrific adventures that would be hard to organise as an individual while simultaneously making a real difference to the lives of isolated older people living in Southwark. Our vision is of friendly, vibrant local communities where older people thrive and ALL our supporters are part of making that happen!”

Martyn Paul, Director of Advocate Events said “We are delighted to be working with Link Age Southwark and welcoming their supporters on our exciting charity events in the coming months and years. The events represent a fantastic opportunity for individuals, teams and companies to raise much needed funds for this superb cause, whilst achieving their goals and fitness aims without personal cost.”
