Art in the Garden, every Wednesday in August, 2 – 4pm

Free with Gallery Ticket. Join us for drop-in sessions in our gardens suitable for all ages. A teaching artist will be on hand to inspire. Engage with a wide range of materials and take home your creations. All materials provided.

12 – 16yrs, Colour Lab, Tuesday 23 August to Thursday 25 August

£45. This class is an opportunity to expand your ideas and play with colour. Explore the wonder of the optic nerve and use your observations to mix exciting colour palettes. Hone your painting and life drawing skills and embrace the unexpected while building your portfolio. With artist Nikki Gardham

6 – 9yrs/9 – 11yrs, Into the Wild, Tuesday 2 August to Thursday 4 August
6 – 9yrs: 10.30am – 12.30pm
10 – 12yrs: 2 – 4pm

£45. Engage in artmaking outdoors, enjoy the sunshine and create a variety of images inspired by the Gallery’s garden. Create cyanotypes or sun prints; work with mixed media and craft landscape designs. With artist Liz Charsley – Jory

6 – 9yrs/9 – 11yrs, Print Mill, Tuesday 16 August to Thursday 18 August
6 – 9yrs: 10.30am – 12.30pm
10 – 12yrs: 2 – 4pm

£45. Create your own paper using natural dyes, and make a series of mini edition prints with handmade printing blocks. With artist Francesca Centioni.
