Coming this weekend, the Crystal Palace Festival will be live streamed on the 15 & 16 August.

They have recently announced some very special guests for the show which will be beaming live to your homes and gardens from the Upper Norwood Library Hub!

Alongside a fabulous programme of Crystal Palace and south London artists, don’t miss these brilliant musicians and comedians:

Kingdem – Rodney P & Blak Twang
2019’s Kingdem tour saw three of UK Hip Hop’s most heavyweight artists join forces for an explosive experience but now sadly Ty, one of the UK’s most prolific and beloved rappers, is no longer with us.

Rodney P and Blak Twang reuniting for a very special performance of Kingdem material, celebrating Ty’s huge impact and talent

Marcus Brigstocke
The organisers are thrilled to welcome the wonderful Marcus Brigstocke, comedian, writer and broadcaster. He was the BBC New Comedian of 1996, and is a regular at the Edinburgh festival, where his shows have included Planet Corduroy, The Museum Of Everything, and The Award Winning Show. He once had a #11 chart smash with DJ Dee-Kline’s Don’t Smoke Da Reefa, and has worked briefly as a podium dancer, and also on an oil-rig in the North Sea

Rob Deering is the UK’s foremost guitar-wielding, loop-layering stand-up comedian! He can be spotted at clubs, theatres, TV, radio and festivals throughout the known world. He is also winner of Celebrity Mastermind so he’s proper clever.

There will be the Fireflies world premiere of their video for Get out of Town as featured in BBC psychodrama Killing Eve. Fireflies are Crystal Palace based musicians Franck Alba and Nina Walsh
