Forest Hill Bowling Club
2pm-5pm. Forest Hill Bowling Club Forest Hill Bowling Club is a private club with a mixed membership of around 60 members. We welcome new members of all ages and abilities.
Tuesday 9 July
Weekly Online Breathing Class
7pm-7.40pm. Weekly virtual online breathwork class Join me every Tuesday at 7pm for a 40-minute breathing and relaxation class.
Life Drawing & Painting
7pm-8.30pm. This is an online drawing & painting session conducted via Zoom.Long pose life painting and drawing. A single pose held for three hours with 5 minute model breaks every 25 minutes.
Socials Runs with DPR
7.30pm-8.30pm. Fantastic local running club. Social runs every Tuesday 7.30pm at Trevor Bailey Sports Ground on the south circular.
Wednesday 10 July
Goose Green Coffee Morning
11am-12.30pm. All are welcome to drop into Goose Green Coffee Morning, a great place to meet others from your local community. We also have lovely cakes and good coffee plus other hot drinks.
Zoom Portraiture @ Dulwich Art Group & School
2pm-5pm. This is now a hybrid session with 15 artists allowed into the studio and also cameras for artists attending through Zoom.
EDWI: Lawn Bowls at Dulwich Park Bowls Club
6:30pm – 9:30pm. The event combines playing lawn bowls (all equipment provided) and having a picnic.
Thursday 11 July
BNI Adventurers
6.30am-8.30am. Part of the award-winning multi-national networking organisation, BNI, Adventurers brings together businesses local to Dulwich with the aim of passing business and keeping money in the local community.
The Delight of Collecting (Dr Irving Finkel)
8pm-9pm. It is a source of endless pleasure to those who do it, often literally a lifelong matter; an evolving, complex, demanding, and fascinating activity. Why do we do it? What does it achieve?
Friday 12 July
Lewisham Underwater Hockey Club
7.30pm-9pm. Try out underwater hockey at Forest Hill pools every Friday evening. We’re a mixed-ability club who play for fun and exercise. Complete beginners welcome.
Saturday 13 July
Dulwich Park parkrun
9am-10am. Free, weekly timed 5k run, jog or walk in Dulwich Park. Every Saturday at 9am promptly starting from Queen Mary’s Gate. Register once and bring your printed barcode.
Peckham Rye Park parkrun
9am-10am. Peckham Rye parkrun is a 3-lap anti-clockwise course, entirely on tarmac is mainly flat and therefore a potential PB course. The start & finish are located close to the Colyton Road entrance of the park.
Goose Green Primary School Carnival
11:30am – 3pm. Join us for an incredible event that brings together our local community every year.
The Carnival is a key event in our school calendar, celebrating the creativity and unity of Goose Green School’s children, families, and staff. It’s also a chance for the local community to share in our happiness and achievements.
TWELFTH NIGHT or WHAT YOU WILL by William Shakespeare
2pm and 5.30pm. William Shakespeare to be performed in the gardens of Bell House Dulwich. Also on Sunday 14th and next weekend too.
Sunday 14 July
First Aid for Dogs
9am-1pm. We are teaming up with Dog First Aid Franchise Ltd to provide a First Aid course focusing on how to care for Dogs. Whether you are attending to learn what to do for your family pet or dogs you work with, this course will suit you. Everyone over the age of 18 is welcome.
Brockwell Park Junior parkrun
9am-9.30am. A free 2km fun run for 4–14-year-olds every Sunday in Brockwell Park. Just register on parkrun.com to get a barcode and meet behind the lido at 8:55 for a briefing.
Peckham Rye Junior parkrun
9am-9.30am. A free, weekly, timed run for 4–14-year-olds, to get fit, stay healthy, and have fun! We run 2km every Sunday morning at 9am, through rain and shine.
The Weekly Horniman Market
10am-3pm. Located on the Bandstand Terrace, stalls sell seasonal fruit and vegetables, artisan bread and cheese, organic meat and delicious street food.
How does our garden grow?
10am-4pm. Come and discover the story of the former site of Friern Manor Farm Estate, a dairy farm which once covered over 220 acres and feel connected to the writing of local historian Douglas Allport, from nearly 200 years ago, when you could see a “group of cattle sunning themselves under the lee of the old mossy palings.”

The Goose Is Out! Singaround at the Ivy House
7pm – 10:30pm. If you like singing, come to our Singaround! It consists of people – or sometimes small groups of people – taking it in turns to sing a song. We welcome listeners too!
