‘Look Out’, a solo exhibition by Conceptual Artist, Laura Hepworth at the Jeannie Avent Gallery in East Dulwich, South East London. Opening Thursday 13th -31st August, on weekdays from 11:30-5:30pm and Saturdays from 10-5pm. Then, Sundays from 11-4pm.

Get free by transforming your surroundings, look out and see a changing world. A world full of energy felt consciously and unconsciously. How does that make you feel? And in what way would you express those feelings if you were given the chance to?

‘Look Out’ visualises the joining of two acts, transference and transformation. Tools such as these are used to shift our perception on the way our own emotive language can be represented, sublimating into colour and mark making. Through this, Hepworth breathes energy into her lockdown collection ‘In Between’, as the exhibition celebrates the process of Laura’s artistic journey, in relation to her own mental health and grief and the freedom the artist has found within the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown.  You’re invited to the Private View Of ‘Look Out’ by Laura at the Jeannie Avent Gallery.

Join us on Thursday 13th August from 11:30am till late evening, for a full day of celebration. Where you will get the chance to meet the artist, view and purchase the artwork produced through the journey Hepworth have made through her lockdown collection.

Location:

14 Northcross Road, East Dulwich London, SE22 9EU.
