Controlled Parking Zones are a threat to the wonderful high street we all love.
We all WANT and NEED to protect our environment but not everyone can walk, cycle or take public transport.
A small number of local residents have asked for controlled parking and the vast majority haven’t even been consulted.
Most businesses on Lordship Lane are small independents without deep pockets and the local economy is unique and fragile and worth safeguarding.
