Following the overwhelmingly popular New Nigerian Writing evening, the programme continues at Dulwich Books in West Dulwich with some of the biggest names in biography as well as three of the most exciting international fiction writers in association with the world famous Hay Festival – Milena Busquets, Abubakar Adam Ibrahim and Álvaro Enrigue.

On Tuesday 31st May Dulwich Books will host an event in association with the Hay Festival, featuring three exceptional international authors publishing in English. Join us as we welcome Milena Busquets (of Spain), Abubakar Adam Ibrahim (of Nigeria) and Álvaro Enrigue (of Mexico) after their appearances at the Hay Festival in Wales. His first novel to be translated into English, Sudden Death, is a postmodern romp about the clash of empires and ideas in the sixteenth century, told over the course of one dazzling tennis match between Caravaggio and the Spanish poet Francisco de Quevedo.
