Experience the delights of our Collection with your child aged 6-24 months. Enjoy the exhibition with creative activities tailored for you and your baby, followed by a hands-on, sensory art session.

Join us for the final few Moomin-themed workshops as our Tove Jansson exhibition comes to an end. From a Moomin sculpture to a book bag, create a special keepsake to take home with you!

Cavatina Family Concert – The Thorne Trio

A concert designed for young people. The Thorne Trio was accepted into the Blackheath Halls Young Artists Scheme, where they gave a series of recitals and education workshops. They are also winners of many prestigious awards, and during 2004/06 they held the post of Junior Fellows of the Royal College of Music.

Volunteer Interpretation Project
Drop-in sessions for 14-21 year olds
Are you a future artist or curator? Curious about what goes on behind the scenes of a gallery? Our new Unlocking Paintings project is launching this year and we are looking for young people to get involved! Get the chance to work with our curators to explore new ways of talking about our collection and develop new programmes and activities for young people. No experience is necessary, just a willingness to get involved.
