Brockley Max is set to return this June for its 17th year. Spanning nine days and more than thirty venues, the popular community arts festival offers a packed programme of 75 events from Friday 1st to Saturday 9th June 2018.

Local talent will help launch the festival on Friday 1st June with a night of free live music at Brockley Station. Events over the following nine days and nights will feature entertainment from music and performance to art and exhibitions.

Moira Tait, Festival Director, says: “Brockley Max goes from strength to strength every year and is a testament to our diverse, creative and amazing community.”

This year’s festival will include Martin Rowson (Guardian & New Statesman cartoonist), La La Piano Bar (featuring Four Poofs & a Piano, David Roper), Beatnik duo DJ Nikki and DJ Statis, and comedians Arthur Mitchell and Evening Standard Critic’s Choice Rob Thomas.

Brockley Max would not be possible without the generosity of its patrons and supporters. The main sponsors are Bryan & Keegan and Brockley’s Rock.

The full festival programme will shortly be published on www.brockleymax.co.uk.
