Bell House – December events

Tuesday 11th December: Surveying the Queen’s Pictures: Desmond Shawe-Taylor
7 – 9pm.  Join us as Desmond Shawe-Taylor (Surveyor of the Queen’s Pictures) talks about his task of curating the largest private art collection ever assembled.

Sunday 16th December: Christmas Cupcake Decorating Workshop
2 – 4pm. A fundraiser for an adult literacy project at Bell House, this cupcake decorating workshop is perfect for children aged 7+. Dawn Welton, an award winning cake designer, will teach the children six ways to festively adorn cupcakes. Children must be accompanied by an adult (who can assist in cake eating!)

Tuesday 18th December: Finances for Students
2:30 – 4:30 pm. Are you terrified of checking your bank balance? Join this workshop with the Money Charity to learn how to manage your money so you feel confident enough to take control of your finances.

Wednesday 19th December: Cooking for Students
2:30 – 5pm. Tired of pot noodles for dinner? Expand your repertoire in this workshop for quick, cheap and (most importantly) tasty meals. This course is aimed at those who have just left or are leaving home for study, but it is open to all who are interested.
