Bethan McFadden presents a selection of pencil and ink drawings.

Using graphite as her discipline and ink as a tool for spontaneous expression, Bethan’s work merges observational studies of the natural world with a personal visual interpretation of the fluidity of thought and emotion. The ‘subjects’ depicted in BEING balance darkness with lightness, visceral elements with ethereal elements, the transient and the seemingly permanent, and a lightheartedness with more contemplative works.
